He turns to face away, the door creeks, and the tapping of Jessica’s heels as she enters the room. His heart rate increases, his hands start to shake, the anticipation is almost unbearable.

Sometimes it amazes me how large and how small our world can be and I don’t think I’m alone. That’s why shows like “This is us” are so popular. The way our lives crisscross, intersect, and part is fascinating.

I have truly only known these wonderful people as the beautiful little family they are. Mom, Dad, and sweet baby girl. I also cannot imagine it any other way. Their wedding day was filled with such heartwarming moments. Between Alexis putting on Blairs matching pearls to instead of a first dance, they shared a dance as a family.
